We are seeking an experienced M&E Coordinator to join our client's team, a Tier 1 Main Contractor, on a large-scale educational project in Dublin City Centre.
Key Responsibilities:
* Review and verify M&E design documentation to ensure timely release of information for construction activities.
* Oversee the submission and approval process for all M&E design drawings, guaranteeing compliance with statutory, regulatory, client, and company requirements.
* Assist in preparing submissions for BCAR uploads and ensure that M&E designs are cost-effective, align with budgeted or tendered costs, and meet contract deliverables.
* Ensure specialist mechanical, electrical, and sprinkler sub-contractors strictly adhere to the company's Safety Management System.
* Maintain accurate records of subcontractor meetings, ensuring that all necessary quality and statutory documentation is provided in a timely manner.
* Support project quantity surveyors in reviewing and preparing subcontractor monthly and final accounts.
Requirements:
* At least 3 years of experience working on-site with a large-scale construction/engineering organisation.
* Relevant degree qualification and time-served mechanical/electrical background.
* Previous experience in Residential, Commercial, and/or mixed-use development projects.
* Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively within a team environment.
* Experience delivering projects using BIM, Word, Excel, and other relevant software.
