* Supporting event planning and on-the-day delivery when required
* Capturing content at live events for marketing and promotion
(Live event support may involve additional paid hours.)
Who This Role Suits

It would suit someone starting out in their career, as well as someone with previous experience who is looking for a flexible part-time role that fits around other commitments. What matters most is reliability, organisation, and a positive attitude.
You'll do well in this role if you are:
* Organised and comfortable juggling different tasks
* Friendly, confident, and professional in communication
* Proactive and able to manage your own workload
* Interested in music, events, or creative industries
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

* Your own laptop and phone
* Own transport and ability to travel to the office and some events
* Willingness to learn new systems and processes (training provided)
Experience in events, marketing, admin, or customer-facing roles is a bonus, but not essential.
