Job Description
We are seeking a skilled civil engineer to join our multidisciplinary team based in Galway.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Liaise with clients as directed to deliver agreed design solutions.
2. Prepare and review preliminary designs, technical reports, drawings, and specifications.
3. Review work prepared by junior engineers and provide technical input.
4. Support site investigations and assist with the procurement of civil works.
5. Assist with the preparation of tender documentation and tender evaluations for civil water infrastructure projects from concept through construction phases.
The role involves working closely within project teams under direction of line management or project leadership which entails administering construction contracts that meet required parameters including budget control.
