About the Role
* This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our team in Ireland.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on all aspects of human resources, including talent management, employee relations, benefits administration and payroll processing.
You will partner closely with senior leaders to translate business goals into actionable workforce plans and strategies. This includes defining roles, managing succession planning and developing meaningful development plans for critical leadership roles.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR initiatives that support business objectives
* Develop and communicate internal policies ensuring compliance with local labour laws
