Job Title: Finishing Manager
Your new organisation is a main building contractor operating out of Dublin and with over 15 active projects around the greater Leinster area, mainly in and around Dublin.
A lot of these projects consist of high-end residential apartments (150–650 units), data centres and high-end commercial space.
They are renowned as one of the best contractors in the industry and have a pipeline of work for the next 5+ years due to their ongoing residential and data centre presence.
There are currently several requirements across different locations for finishing managers across all areas of Dublin.
The projects are mainly large mixed-use developments, apartments and data centres.
As a Finishing Foreman, you will be required to demonstrate capability and experience in dealing with and managing on challenging projects.
This position is for an ambitious, experienced carpenter/foreman looking to progress their career.
You will have excellent communication skills with a proven record of working and managing small teams on projects within the Irish/UK construction industry.
Key Requirements:
* To be successful in this position, you must have previously been in a management role with a construction contractor.
* You must have prior management experience on site of subcontractors for internal works/facade or groundworks.
* Come from a carpentry trade background or possess relevant experience.
* This role suits long-time carpenters/working foremen or those experienced in a Foreman/Finishing position over the last number of years.

Hourly rates are in a bracket of €30 to €40 per hour (typically 45-50 hour weeks - good money to be made).
This includes PAYE or Self-Employed setup. This also includes time and a half etc.
€80,000-€100,000 on hourly rates for time worked per year
In terms of offered salary, this would be in the region of €70,000 to €80,000 and would come with a vehicle/trip.
