Position: Quantity Surveyor (Part time) Location: Fully Remote Working Competitive Hourly Rate An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Quantity Surveyorto join our clients tendering team and work on a range of Commercial, Residential and Civils Projects around Ireland.
Key Responsibilities Prepare cost estimates and pricing.
Obtain and assess subcontractor/supplier quotations.
Provide commercial input during tender reviews.
QA/QC of Tenders completed by remote working tendering team Requirements 5+ years QS experience in Ireland with tendering exposure.
Strong knowledge of Irish construction costs and procurement.
Proficient in measurement and cost analysis.
Excellent communication and remote working skills.
Contract Details Remote working (rolling contract) Flexible hours; competitive rates.
