What You'll Do:
1. Manage and service an existing portfolio of commercial clients.
2. Proactively seek and convert new business opportunities.
3. Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, providing expert advice.
4. Work closely with a high-performing sales team to achieve targets.
5. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company procedures.
What We're Looking For:
6. Experience in commercial insurance with a proven track record in sales or account management.
7. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
8. Ability to manage larger, complex commercial risks.
9. CIP qualification
10. Car driving license
11. A proactive, results-driven attitude with a passion for delivering top-tier service.
