Our client is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support the delivery of a major Dublin-based building fit-out, workplace transition and office occupation project. This Project Coordinator role will focus on project coordination, contractor coordination, stakeholder management, facilities coordination, project administration, operational readiness, office relocation support, procurement coordination and project reporting within a fast-paced project delivery environment. The successful candidate will support multiple project workstreams including fit-out coordination, workplace transition planning, vendor management, office move coordination and facilities operations while ensuring timelines, documentation, communication and project milestones are effectively managed. Location:City Centre Contract: 9 Month Fixed Term Contract / Hybrid Salary: €57,897 pa pro rata Key Responsibilities Support workplace relocation. Coordinate contractors, consultants, suppliers and internal stakeholders across project activities Attend site meetings, contractor briefings and project progress reviews Support project timelines, milestone tracking, risk tracking and reporting activities Coordinate furniture, fixtures and fittings procurement and installation schedules Assist with the delivery and implementation of IT infrastructure and workplace technology Support security systems coordination including access control, CCTV and alarm systems Assist with move planning, workplace transition activities and occupation readiness Maintain project trackers, documentation, schedules and reporting records Act as a key coordination point for internal teams including HR, IT, Finance and Operations Requirements Proven experience in Project Coordination, Project Administration, Facilities Coordination, Workplace Coordination, Operations or Fit-Out environments is essential. Strong experience coordinating contractors, suppliers and cross-functional stakeholders Experience supporting office relocation, workplace transition or building move projects is highly desirable Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills Strong administrative, reporting and coordination capability within project environments Desirable Qualification in Project Management, Facilities Management, Construction, Property or related discipline Experience within public sector or semi-state environments Experience supporting facilities, fit-out or workplace delivery projects Apply: Send your CV to Ben Higgins via the link below.
