Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Front of House Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our office.

Your Key Responsibilities

* Meet and greet visitors and employees arriving at the premises, providing a high level of customer service and a warm welcome.
* Deal with all incoming calls and email enquiries, responding promptly and efficiently.
* Update systems accurately and provide administration support to internal departments as required.

Requirements

* Previous administration experience, preferably in a similar role.
* Confidence liaising with people at all levels via verbal and written forms.
* Proficiency in Microsoft suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
