Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable
IT Technician / Support Specialist
to provide technical support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and assist with IT operations. This role is ideal for entry-level candidates or those with some technical experience looking to grow in IT support. Full training and guidance will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide technical support to end-users via email, chat, or phone
* Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
* Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and software
* Assist with onboarding new employees, including setup of accounts and devices
* Maintain IT inventory and documentation
* Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when needed
* Follow IT policies and best practices for security and data protection
Requirements
* Entry-level candidates welcome; prior IT experience is a plus
* Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications
* Familiarity with networking concepts is a plus
* Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
* Good written and verbal English communication skills
* Ability to work independently and follow instructions
* Responsible, organized, and proactive work attitude

* Experience with Windows, macOS, or Linux systems
