We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated B1 Licensed Aircraft Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, airworthiness, and operational readiness of aircraft.As a B1 Licensed Aircraft Engineer, you will work closely with a team of engineers and technicians, providing technical expertise for the maintenance and repair of aircraft systems, including the structure, engines, and mechanical systems.Your key responsibilities will include troubleshooting, performing routine maintenance, and conducting complex inspections to meet both regulatory standards and our operational excellence. If you are a detail-oriented professional with a passion for aviation, this position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities:Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks on aircraft in accordance with company and regulatory guidelinesTroubleshoot and repair aircraft systems, including hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical componentsConduct pre-flight and post-flight inspections to ensure aircraft safety and complianceDiagnose issues and determine the necessary course of action for repairs or replacementsComplete maintenance logs and reports accurately to document all work performedWork closely with flight crews to ensure the timely and safe return of aircraft to serviceEnsure that all tools, equipment, and facilities used in maintenance are kept in good condition and properly calibratedSupervise and mentor junior maintenance staff and techniciansLiaise with regulatory authorities during inspections and auditsStay updated on industry regulations and technology advancementsQualifications:Valid EASA Part 66 B1 License (or equivalent recognized by local aviation authorities)Strong knowledge of aircraft systems, including engines, landing gear, airframes, and associated mechanical and hydraulic systemsMinimum of 3 years of experience working on aircraft maintenance, repairs, or modificationsExperience with both scheduled and unscheduled maintenanceAbility to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and engineering drawingsExcellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsStrong attention to detail and commitment to safetyAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervisionExcellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a teamPreferred Qualifications:EASA Part 66 B1 License or equivalent qualification (e.g., FAA A&P License, CAA B1 License)Aircraft Type Ratings on relevant aircraft models (e.g., Airbus, Boeing, Bombardier, etc.)Valid Human Factors certificationCurrent EWIS (Electrical Wiring Interconnection System) certificateFuel Tank Safety certification (Level 1 and 2 preferred)Updated training on relevant regulations (Part 145, Part M, etc.)Type ratings on multiple aircraft typesExperience in both line and base maintenance environmentsCertification in advanced aircraft systems troubleshooting techniques
