We are seeking a skilled Business Development Executive to drive market expansion across the West of Ireland and the Midlands.
* The ideal candidate will identify and convert new business opportunities across the region.
* They will advise on the technical aspects of Insulated Concrete Formwork (ICF) systems to clients and contractors.
* Our successful Business Development Executive will work closely with architects, developers, and builders from pre-construction to on-site execution.
* Additionally, they will support marketing efforts through CPDs, events, and digital campaigns.
* The role requires delivering commercially sound, technically robust solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. To be well-networked in the West of Ireland and Midlands construction markets.
2. Proven ability to self-manage and drive results autonomously.
3. Strong collaboration experience with contractors, both on- and off-site.
4. Commercially sharp-confident with margins, negotiation, and closing deals.
5. Familiarity with ICF or willingness to build strong product knowledge.
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
7. Willings to contribute to brand development and market engagement.
