Job Description:
The role of Clinical Systems Management is to provide leadership and support in the strategy and development of contemporary clinical trial processes, technologies, information, and capabilities. The successful candidate will work closely with colleagues in the Global Business Solutions (GBS) center in Cork and daily functional interactions with the wider team in the US.
Key responsibilities include maintaining and growing a strong working knowledge of various systems used across CDDA in clinical trials, providing technical knowledge and help with the coordination of all CDDA business system support, maintenance, and deployment activities, and providing as needed support for the timely installation of new releases and patches.
Additionally, the Clinical Systems Management role will resolve system issues quickly to ensure continued access, apply root cause analysis as needed, and provide support to system users with queries and incidents in line with agreed Service Level Agreements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science or IT, or equivalent work experience
* Power Bi and Power Automate essential
* Applied experience in medical, quality, clinical drug development, or clinical information flow, preferred
