CPL Limerick are recruiting for an experienced Front of house receptionist / Administrator to join a busy team based in Limerick .
This role is a temporary contract starting on Monday 25th August to Friday 26th September
The role is based in Limerick working 5 days on site, the successful person will be responsible for the following duties:
1. Phone Management, answering phone calls, directing calls to the appropriate staff members, and taking messages.
2. Greeting customers, providing a friendly and welcoming environment, and assisting with check-in and check-out procedures.
3. Scheduling appointments, confirming appointments, and managing appointment calendars.
4. Administrative Tasks. handling general office duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and maintaining patient records.
5. Effectively communicating with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals.
6. Ensuring the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable.
Skills/ Experience
7. Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role, ideally within professional services
8. Strong typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
10. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
11. Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
