Accounting Assistant Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Accounting Assistant to join our team in Dublin. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, accuracy with recording information and bookkeeping skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Record all receipts and payments, input them into accounting software and perform monthly bank reconciliations.
* Register and invoice vehicle sales.
* Prepare financial information for management.
* Interact with various departments within the company (administration, finance, sales, workshop, parts).
* Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
* Attention to detail and accuracy with recording information.
* Bookkeeping skills and experience with accounting software.
* Organized and precise with good PC skills, including Excel and Word.
* Ability to work as part of a team and work independently with initiative.
* Possess excellent organizational skills and prioritization abilities.
* Work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
* Attention to detail, organization, Microsoft skills, bookkeeping.
