Job Opportunity for NPI Engineer

Syntech Recruitment has partnered with a leading precision machining company to bring in an experienced NPI Engineer. This is an exceptional opportunity to oversee and coordinate the RFQ process, ensuring alignment with project requirements.

The ideal candidate will have:

* Level 7 Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field;
* At least 3 years' experience in fast-paced manufacturing environment;
* Strong background in working with CNC machines and robotics;
You must also be comfortable collaborating with engineering teams to support product design and development phases, as well as identifying improvements within production processes.
Utilise your project management skills to track progress using ERP software whilst maintaining accurate documentation
