OverviewReporting to the Head of Delivery for Core Banking, the successful candidate will lead large parts (grouped by functional or technical requirements) of multi-million releases transforming Core Banking, enabling our client’s best-in-class digital ambition.Being “agile for the Customer” is our delivery ethos, and using a mixture of methodologies you will work with internal IT specialists and our client’s strategic (product & technology) partners through all phases of our Delivery Framework (Discover, Define, Design, Deliver, Deploy and Operate).You will work closely with Business and Service Assurance teams to ensure the transition into our customer’s environment is smooth with zero disruption while engaging across our client IT community to drive improvements throughout the delivery lifecycle and ensure delivery of business outcomes is done in the most effective manner.ResponsibilitiesLead large parts (grouped by functional or technical requirements) of multi-million releases transforming Core Banking; deliver initiatives that enable clients’ digital ambitions.Operate within our delivery ethos of “agile for the Customer,” using a mix of methodologies with internal IT specialists and our client’s strategic partners through all phases of the Delivery Framework (Discover, Define, Design, Deliver, Deploy and Operate).Collaborate with Business and Service Assurance teams to ensure smooth transitions into customer environments with minimal disruption, and engage across client IT communities to drive improvements and deliver intended business outcomes.Qualifications7+ years’ enterprise technology and transformational change experience. Specific Core Banking delivery experience would be a benefit.Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues and strategy to both technical and non-technical audiences at senior levels within the bank.
