Key Responsibilities
* Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, grooming, and meal support
* Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance residents' quality of life
* Monitor and document changes in residents' physical and mental health
* Support residents with mobility and physical exercises to promote independence
* Maintain cleanliness and safety in resident living areas and communal spaces
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement and follow individualized care plans
* Engage in ongoing training and development to improve caregiving skills
Requirements
* Previous experience as a care assistant or in a related field is highly preferred.
* Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate and patient demeanor.
* Ability to work effectively within a team while demonstrating initiative.
* Willingness to relocate to Dublin, Ireland, and adapt to a new environment.
* Relevant qualifications or certifications in healthcare or social care are advantageous.
* Basic computer skills for documentation and record-keeping purposes.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends when necessary.
