With ongoing investment in quality systems, standards and processes, this is an excellent opportunity to join a company where quality, compliance and continuous improvement are at the heart of daily operations.Your new roleAs a Quality Assurance Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring all food products are prepared, portioned and packaged in line with customer specifications, company standards and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with Production Supervisors, Managers and the wider quality team to maintain compliance across the factory floor, carrying out routine inspections, testing and internal audits. Your responsibilities will include monitoring product quality, verifying production documentation, conducting equipment calibrations, supporting hygiene and sanitation checks, managing traceability, and participating in customer audits.
