Job Description
Project Delivery:
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering projects from concept to completion in conjunction with the wider team. This will involve designing mechanical services for a range of projects, ensuring adherence to all relevant guidelines, regulations, and standards.
Leadership and Mentorship:
You will have the opportunity to lead and mentor a team of Junior Engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure project success. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping junior engineers develop their skills and knowledge.
Client Engagement:
Engage directly with clients, representing the company in client-facing roles. This will require excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
Requirements
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum of 5 years' post-graduate experience in Mechanical Engineering/Building Services.
* Level 8/9 degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering/Building Services with a strong background in design engineering.
* Experience in designing mechanical services for Healthcare, Residential, Education, Commercial, and Industrial projects.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit MEP and Building Services Design Software.
* Strong knowledge of Energy-Efficient Design and renewable energy solutions.
* Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
