Reporting to the Head of Digital Transformation, you will work closely with business stakeholders from the early discovery phase to shape, prototype, and implement digital solutions.
You will lead innovative projects that integrate IT, AI, and low-code solutions intologisticsoperations, whilemaintaininghands-on involvement in solution design and delivery.
You will personally design and develop the solutions yourself, rather than solely coordinating or overseeing development work.
This role requires strong delivery ownership, practical development experience, and the ability to collaboratewithcross-functional teams and external partners.
You will be instrumental in driving digital transformation forHyperscalerclients by delivering practical, scalable solutions that enable automation and data-driven decision-making.
Success in this role requires the ability to translate business needs into working digital solutions, ensure adoption across the organisation, and confidently engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Innovation
Drive innovation initiatives from business problem discovery through solution design, development, and implementation, working closely with operational stakeholders.
Identify, evaluate, and prioritise opportunities for service development, process optimisation, and digital enablement based onreal businessneeds.
Design and build digital solutions that integrate IT, AI, and low-code technologies to automate workflows and improve operational efficiency.
Lead digitalisation and standardisation initiatives by translating processes into scalable, system-supported solutions.
Measure the impact of delivered solutions and continuously refine them to ensure tangible business value and alignment with strategicobjectives.
Project Management
Own the end-to-end delivery of digital solutions for assigned accounts, ensuringtimelydelivery and alignment with agreed scope and budgets.
Coordinate and lead delivery activities across cross-functional teams and external partners,maintainingaccountability for outcomes.
Define andmaintaindelivery plans, manage risks and dependencies, and track progress to ensure successful and predictable delivery.
Ensure end-to-endprojectcompliance with ISO***** standards.
Technology & AI Integration
Design, develop, and implement solutions thatleverageAI, automation, and data-driven insights to optimiselogisticsoperations.
Build and configure applications on Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365, integrating them with existing systems and ensuring scalability and security.
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure infrastructure, integrations, and cybersecurity standards are met.
Evaluate emerging technologies and assess their practical applicability to business processes, translating innovation into working solutions.
Stakeholder Engagement
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and clients to co-create solutions that address their operational needs andobjectives.
Engage internal teams and external partners throughout the delivery lifecycle to ensure seamless solution implementation and adoption.
Translate stakeholder requirements into practical, working solutions, balancing business priorities with technical feasibility.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 yearsof hands-on experience designing, developing, and digital solutions, ideally on Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365.
Strong skills in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and Dynamics 365 configuration.
Solid understanding of AI, automation, and integration with IT systems inlogisticsor supply chain environments.
Proven ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions and deliver them end-to-end.
Ability to work independently on solution development, troubleshoot issues, and take full ownership of technical delivery.
Collaborative mindset withstrong communicationskills, able to work with business users, IT teams, and external partners.
Analytical, creative, and results-oriented, with a focus on building practical solutions that drive measurable operational impact.
Desirable
Experience with enterprise-scalelogistics.
Certification in Agile, PMP, or similar project management frameworks.
Familiarity with data analytics tools and AI platforms.
