The HRIS Project Manager plays a key role in supporting Kerry's global HR function by ensuring the effective use, governance, and ongoing adoption of our HR systems (SuccessFactors and related HR applications). The role partners closely with HR, business leaders, and technical teams to ensure smooth delivery of enhancements, continuous improvement, and aligned ways of working across global processes.

This position supports several modules within the SuccessFactors suite — including Talent, Learning, Recruitment, Onboarding, Compensation — as well as our Global Mobility tool, Assignment Pro.

The focus of the role is on project management, stakeholder engagement, people management, issue coordination, and ensuring consistent processes and user enablement across the business. Through structured delivery, collaboration, and strong communication, this role supports the organisation in realising full value from our HR technology.
Please note: This opportunity is a maternity‑cover contract position, running until 31st October 2026.

Kerry operates a Hybrid working policy, candidates will be required to work from our offices in Naas each week.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Delivery Management
Lead and coordinate HRIS projects end-to-end, including requirements gathering, planning, tracking, delivery, and post‑go‑live support.
Support the HR function in understanding system capabilities and aligning these with business needs.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to simplify and enhance global HR processes.
Ensure documentation, plans, and project materials are maintained and communicated clearly.

Stakeholder & People Management
Build strong working relationships with global HR stakeholders, ensuring regular communication, transparency, and effective partnering.
Manage direct reports within the HRIS team and collaborate daily with an offshore support partner.
Facilitate feedback, support capability-building, and ensure clear guidance is provided across business teams.
Coordinate change activities, ensuring the right stakeholders are informed, trained, and supported through system or process changes.

HRIS Governance & Coordination
Oversee the HR technology landscape from a governance perspective, ensuring processes, approvals, and change controls are followed.
Monitor day-to-day issues, ensuring timely escalation, coordination with support partners, and clear communication to impacted users.
Support the SuccessFactors release cycle by coordinating review, impact assessment, testing, and rollout activities with the wider HRIS and HR teams.
Maintain accurate system process documentation and support training materials for end‑users.

User Experience & Continuous Improvement
Proactively identify process gaps, inefficiencies, or recurring issues and coordinate actions for improvements.
Support global HR teams to adopt consistent, "right‑first-time" processes through training, communication, and clear guidance.
Gather feedback across HR and business teams to help shape future enhancements or process refinements.

Cross-functional Collaboration
Partner with HR Centres of Excellence, People Managers, local HR teams, and technical support groups to resolve issues and deliver improvements.
Coordinate with external vendors such as SuccessFactors Support and strategic support partners to track issues, enhancements, and releases.
Contribute to Kerry's change management, communication, and business readiness efforts.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience & Competencies
Strong experience in project coordination or project management within HR, HRIS, or complex global environments.
Ability to synthesise issues, gather requirements, and facilitate decision‑making across multiple stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to manage several workstreams, prioritise effectively, and deliver high-quality outputs.
Proven stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with experience supporting both small groups and large global audiences.
Experience supporting HR systems (SuccessFactors experience is highly desirable).
Good understanding of HR process design, optimisation, and continuous improvement methodologies.

People & Stakeholder Skills
Strong relationship-building capability with the confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience leading or supporting team members, including setting priorities, providing feedback, and ensuring clarity of responsibilities.
Ability to deliver training, coaching, and clear guidance to diverse stakeholder groups

Additional Advantageous Knowledge
Familiarity with GDPR and data privacy principles.
Awareness of Assignment Pro or other Global Mobility tools (beneficial but not required).
Understanding of service management platforms such as ServiceNow.
