Where You Come In
* Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning processes across the organization.
* Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.
* Analyse financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
* Partner with department heads to understand financial drivers and improve cost efficiency.
* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management and board presentations.
* Support scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, and risk assessments.
* Drive automation and process improvements in reporting and planning tools.
* Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies (SOX, GAAP).
* Oversee the work of the FP&A team, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards; coordinate cross‑functional projects and initiatives to drive financial improvements.
* Mentor and develop accounting staff, fostering a collaborative and high‑performance culture.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
What Makes You Successful
* Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; an accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) is required.
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting processes.
* Proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis; experience with financial software and ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP).
* Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly to non‑financial stakeholders.
* Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience And Education Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree with 8‑12 years of industry experience.
* Minimum 5+ years FP&A experience within a manufacturing environment.
* 2‑5 years of previous management or lead experience.
