Learning and Development Manager – Transform Learning Across Ireland's Credit Union Sector
A rare opportunity for an experienced Learning & Development professional to shape, modernise and elevate L&D across a growing national organisation.
CUDA is seeking a dynamic Learning and Development Manager to lead a full transformation of the learning agenda and how learning is delivered to its member credit unions - from strategy to digital innovation – in light of the expanding offering and growth of the credit union sector.

You'll have the scope to:
* Build and deliver a new L&D strategy for a sector undergoing major change
* Redesign the entire learning delivery model
* Introduce digital learning solutions and lead the implementation of a new LMS
* Develop modern, blended learning programmes that genuinely impact capability
* Partner with senior leaders, SMEs and external providers to expand high-quality learning offerings
We're looking for someone with:
7+ years' experience in L&D or training management – preferably in financial services sector
Strong instructional design and facilitation capability
Experience leading L&D transformation, digital learning or LMS projects
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and a strategic, data-driven mindset
