HR Support Role


This is a key HR support role that involves working closely with the HR team to deliver comprehensive administrative and operational support. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing first point of contact for employee and manager HR queries, supporting recruitment processes, preparing reports, maintaining accurate employee records and assisting with policy reviews.



Key Responsibilities



1. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR department including responding to employee inquiries via email or phone

2. Schedule interviews, maintain calendars, prepare meeting materials

3. Maintain accurate up-to-date information on all employees in various systems as required by GDPR principles
