Senior Business Analyst - Trading Platforms
Permanent role in Dublin
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join a dynamic team focused on building products and services that enable clients to adopt digital assets and innovate within the evolving world of finance. This role sits within the Execution Services team, a blended Front/Middle Office Trade Support group responsible for:
Managing order flow
Identifying and resolving trade breaks and discrepancies
Resolving trading and counterparty-related disputes
Providing key external client support
The Business Analysis team represents the business needs for both strategic initiatives and tactical improvements. You will become a subject matter expert on electronic trading workflows and collaborate with Product Strategy, Product Delivery, Engineering, Relationship Managers, Custody, and Client Service teams to drive valuable change.
What We're Looking For
Experience in financial services, preferably in Equity or FX trading or operations
In-depth knowledge of the front-to-back trade lifecycle
Familiarity with trading technologies (API/FIX connectivity and electronic trading frameworks)
Experience supporting product testing in UAT & Production environments, including defect and root cause analysis
Ability to assess value, develop requirements, and prioritize features to enhance efficiency and automation
Solid project management skills
Strong quantitative and analytical skills for data-driven decisions
Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with agile principles
Cryptocurrency knowledge is a plus
