Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Site Development Manager to join our project team in Kilkenny.
Key Responsibilities:
* Setting out, leveling and surveying the site using state-of-the-art equipment.
* Maintaining quality control procedures to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements.
* Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
* Providing technical support and guidance to the site team on engineering matters.
* Recording site activities including progress reports, daily diaries and as-built drawings.
* Implementing and enforcing health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel on site.
* Resolving any technical issues or conflicts that may arise during the project.
* Liaising with clients, consultants and other project stakeholders to address concerns and queries.
Requirements:
* Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
* Minimum 3 years experience in site development management.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
