Duties
1. Coordinating Intake Assessment with relevant addiction counsellors
2. Managing office operations and procedures
3. Handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence
4. Organising and maintaining records and files
5. Assisting HR with recruitment and onboarding processes
6. Preparing reports, presentations, and spreadsheets
7. Coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
8. Managing office supplies and ensuring equipment maintenance
9. Supporting finance teams with invoicing and expense tracking
