Are you a compassionate and experienced nurse leader with a passion for addiction recovery and mental health? We are seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM) to join our clients dynamic, multidisciplinary team in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to individuals on their recovery journey.

We are a well-established addiction treatment service located in Dublin, providing comprehensive support to individuals affected by substance misuse. Our model of care is holistic, trauma-informed, and recovery-focused, offering both residential and community-based programmes.
The Role
As Clinical Nurse Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the nursing team, ensuring clinical excellence, and supporting service users through safe and effective treatment pathways. You will work collaboratively with medical, therapeutic, and support staff to maintain high standards of care and support continuous service development.
Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical leadership and supervision to the nursing team
Coordinate and oversee the delivery of nursing care to service users
Ensure compliance with HIQA and other regulatory standards
Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and audits
Support staff training and development
Promote a culture of compassion, respect, and recovery
Requirements
Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Psychiatric Nurse with NMBI registration
Minimum 3 years' post-registration experience, with at least 1 year in a senior or supervisory role
Experience in addiction services, mental health, or related fields is highly desirable
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Commitment to person-centred and evidence-based care
Desirable
Postgraduate qualification in Addiction Studies, Mental Health, or Leadership
