We are currently seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join our team in Sandyford. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for clients, candidates, and staff—handling inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a professional and timely manner.
* Provide high-quality administrative support to the operations and recruitment teams.
* Schedule and confirm shifts, interviews, and appointments.
* Maintain accurate records and update databases with client and staff information.
* Assist with compliance checks, including document collection and verification.
* Prepare reports, correspondence, and other administrative documents as required.
* Support day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
* Deliver excellent customer service by resolving issues and escalating where necessary.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and database management.
* Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Positive, professional, and proactive attitude with a strong focus on teamwork.
