Our client, a well-established and reputable nursing home in County Tipperary, is currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM) to join their dedicated care team.This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated nurse leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care and supporting staff development within a residential care setting.Key Responsibilities:Provide strong clinical leadership and support to nursing and care staffEnsure the highest standards of resident care, in line with HIQA regulations and best practiceOversee clinical governance, care planning, and risk managementSupport the Director of Nursing in the day-to-day management of the nursing homeMentor, supervise, and appraise nursing staffPromote a positive, safe, and caring environment for residents and staffRequirements:Registered General Nurse (RGN) with active registration with NMBIExperience in elderly care or a nursing home setting is highly advantageousStrong knowledge of HIQA standards and regulatory complianceExcellent communication, organisational, and leadership skillsA compassionate, resident-focused approach to care
