We are seeking to recruit a new business administrator for our personal lines team in our Naas Road Office.
The role will consist of providing administration support to our Personal Lines New Business team on car, home & van insurance.
Cross sales referrals for both the Life & Pensions and Health arms of our business is expected.
The ideal candidate will be an energetic, motivated and disciplined individual with a positive can-do attitude
Key Responsibilities
Back office administrative support to the New Business Sales Executives for car, home & van insurance
Dealing with customer queries
Ensuring all data input to the highest quality standard
Making files fully compliant in line with CPC guidelines
Qualifications
APA Personal General desired but not necessary
Skills/Knowledge
Expert product Knowledge
RELAY system an advantage
Customer retention skills
Experience Required
Ideally 1+ years insurance experience preferably in a brokerage
Be committed to provide a high level of service to customers & potential customers
