The company specializes in manufacturing automation and provides services across the product lifecycle: NPI, prototyping, process validation, volume manufacturing & test, shipping, and repair. We hire people with diverse skills and backgrounds for engineering, quality, and manufacturing roles.Objectives of PositionAchieve the planned production output of a Class III Medical Device, managing the day‑to‑day operation of a fully automated process.Ensure machine performance and uptime.Provide process support by troubleshooting product defects, process issues, and equipment faults; adjust and set up equipment.Act as a hands‑on problem solver supporting machine failures and improving processes.Contribute to targets related to safety, quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.Identify and elevate critical errors to senior support and engineering.Contribute to project work, including cycle‑time and yield improvement.Assist the engineering team with commissioning and validating new equipment for high‑volume production lines.ResponsibilitiesProduce class III medical device outputs while managing a fully automated process.Maintain machine performance and uptime.Support the process by troubleshooting product defects, process issues, equipment functions, faults, and adjustments.Ensure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements.Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and regulations.MeasurementsLine output.Product quality.Equipment downtime and resolution.Personnel SpecificationsQualifications And ExperienceMinimum Level 6 qualification in electrical, mechanical, fitter, or related trade discipline.Core CompetenciesAt least 12 months of experience in automation control, tool‑making, maintenance, electrical or mechanical/fitter role preferred.
