Using intuitive cues like passing with green, shooting with blue, and discouraging big toe kicks with red, Klaas Kickz simplifies coaching for young learners. The Klaas Kickz Academy offers 6-week programs to primary schools across Ireland, providing boots for each child to ensure proper learning. Our mission is to address the fact that 50% of primary school kids in Ireland can't kick a football correctly, one school at a time.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Football Coach located in Donegal. The Head Football Coach will be responsible for overseeing coaching sessions, developing training programs, and mentoring young football players. Daily tasks include conducting practice sessions, providing individual feedback, and maintaining a positive and educational environment. The Head Football Coach will also collaborate with school staff to integrate the Klaas Kickz program into the school curriculum and track student progress.

* Experience and knowledge of Football
* Strong Communication skills
* Ability to inspire and mentor young athletes
* Passion for teaching and developing youth talent
* Previous experience in an educational or coaching environment is a plus
* Relevant certifications in football coaching
