Eligibility
Eligibility to participate on CE is generally linked to applicants who are 21 years or older and in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment for at least one year, or 18 years or older for certain disadvantaged groups. Eligibility will be verified by the Department.

Duties
General maintenance: painting and decoration, interior and exterior repairs.
General cleaning duties.
Ensure tools, equipment and machinery are in good working order prior to use; make arrangements with line manager for repair/servicing.
Assist with routine testing of fire alarm systems.
Source maintenance supplies at competitive prices.
Prepare rooms for meetings, interviews, etc.
Ensure that corridors and all access/egress routes are kept free from obstructions at all times.
Provide gardening duties when gardener is unavailable.
Provide yard and store duties when yard person is unavailable.
