Job Summary

Main Responsibilities
1. Carry out complex mechanical tasks, including frame replacement and component replacement, to manufacturer standards.
2. Diagnose and resolve mechanical faults with precision, ensuring a high standard of workmanship.
3. Apply lean techniques to improve efficiency and streamline mechanical repair processes.
4. Maintain and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality of repairs.
Ensure all repairs are completed in full compliance with vehicle manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
Necessary Skills and Qualifications
1. Qualified Mechanic
2. Proven mechanical experience in an automotive or similar technical environment.
3. Strong hands-on skills in mechanical repairs, including dismantling, fitting, and assembly of components.
4. Experience working with diagnostic tools, workshop equipment, and technical manuals.
5. Familiarity with lean methodologies and process-driven environments is advantageous.
6. Self-motivated and capable of leading by example in achieving repair efficiency and quality targets.
7. Must have own tools (Tool Purchase Scheme available after 6 months).
8. Full valid driving license required.
