Position Overview
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is instrumental to the global HR team and hiring teams, providing quality administrative support with all facets of the talent acquisition process.
The role primarily consists of interview scheduling across EMEA and APAC time zones, assessment facilitation, onboarding preparation, ATS maintenance, administrative support tasks and recruiting projects.
The role will involve dealing with the most senior stakeholders in our company, across multiple business units and locations.
This is a 1-year contract.

Essential Job Functions
Coordinate and schedule interviews for candidates across EMEA and APAC supporting various departments, ensuring timely communication and logistical arrangements across multiple time zones
Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to provide a high-touch candidate experience
Oversee the management of the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure data integrity
Oversee the management and maintenance of the ATS day-to-day, ensuring data integrity, updating email templates, tokens, and workflows, working towards becoming the team's ATS subject matter expert
Maintain a high level of communication with candidates, hiring managers and interview teams
Work with admin teams to schedule travel for candidates as needed
Other administrative duties as assigned
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant.
We would also consider candidates with recruitment agency experience who are open to starting their talent acquisition career in a coordination role
Experience prioritizing and exercising critical thinking
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Education and/or Work Experience Desired but not Essential
Experience working with an ATS.
Greenhouse is preferred
Experience working for a financial services or large tech company
