German Speaking Business Development Specialist – Telecommunications

Are you a motivated German speaker looking to build a career in sales, negotiation, and business development within the telecommunications industry?
We are currently hiring German-speaking Business Development Specialists to join a growing international telecommunications company based in Dublin city centre.
This opportunity is ideal for candidates who enjoy communication, relationship building, negotiation, and working within a fast-paced and commercially driven environment.
The role focuses on supporting the expansion of telecommunications infrastructure projects across Germany by identifying and securing suitable locations for mobile network sites.
What will you be doing?
Identifying and contacting potential property owners across the German market
Managing negotiations and relationship-building from first contact through to signed agreements
Supporting telecommunications infrastructure expansion projects
Managing your own pipeline and sales activity
Conducting communication via phone, email, and video meetings
Maintaining accurate client information within internal systems
What are we looking for?
Fluent German (C1+) and good English skills
Strong communication and negotiation abilities
Motivated, target-driven, and confident personality
Previous experience within sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, recruitment, or other customer-facing environments is an advantage
Ability to work independently while also being part of a team-oriented environment
What’s on offer?
Salary: €35,000 base salary (flexibility depending on experience) + estimated €10,000–20,000 uncapped annual commission
