Base pay range

Client Services Execs, Financial Administrators, Paraplanners and Welcome Advisors - and all interested in a financial services role holding the APA or QFA - this is the role for you!

We are seeking a highly organised, detail‑oriented, and proactive Sales Support Administrator to join the Cork team of a fast expanding financial services brokerage with 60+ staff. Full training will be provided. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with excellent communication skills who thrives in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.

* Salary: €40-47k based on experience.
* 5 days in office
* A Brokerage Currently attracting progressively more and more much sought after clientele and are continuously growing their pool of clients at the moment
* The opportunity to effectively shadow one of the most successful wealth advisors in the country, and to assist in delivering quality financial advice.


Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional support to our Financial advisors.
* Review all documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with contractual requirements.
* Assist with insurance and pension administration for an extensive client base.
* Liaise with Life Assurance and Pension companies to manage client cases effectively.
* Manage and maintain client data using our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
* Oversee administration of the new business pipeline and processes.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Prepare and manage client files and reports with high attention to detail.
* Collaborate closely with financial planners and colleagues to deliver excellent service.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
* Respond to client and internal queries promptly and professionally.
* Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth team operations.


Qualifications and Experience:

* Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative role, ideally in financial services.
* Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Experience with CRM or data management system an advantage.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
* A proactive approach, with a willingness to learn and contribute innovative ideas.
* Knowledge of financial services and/or QFA qualification a distinct advantage.
