Beechfield Care Group is currently seeking to recruit a Nurse to assume responsibility for the care of residents at Beechwood Nursing Home, Leighlinbridge, Carlow, R93DD43. This is a specific purpose contract for 6-9 months.

About the Role
The Staff Nurse will collaborate with the Nurse Manager & Director of Nursing at Beech Park Nursing Home, Co. Kildare. The goal is to deliver consistently high-quality care to residents, ensuring compliance with HIQA regulations. The successful candidate must be enthusiastic, motivated, and committed to resident-focused care. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care to the highest professional and ethical standards.
Role Responsibilities
1. Ensure quality of care standards are met.
2. Supervise care and nursing staff daily.
3. Coordinate resident activities.
4. Work within HIQA regulations.
5. Perform any other duties as assigned by the line manager.
Role Requirements
1. NMBI Registered.
2. Excellent clinical, leadership, and organisational skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Sound decision-making ability.
5. Interest in caring for the elderly.
