Warehouse Team Member Job Summary
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in assisting with day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring efficient stock management and providing support to the team.
* Forklift Operating License (Counterbalance or Reach Truck) is highly preferred but not essential.
* Experience using warehouse software systems such as SAP or Oracle platforms is required.
* A full clean driving license is mandatory for this position.
* Prior experience in a warehouse or stock management role is desirable.
* In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations within a warehouse environment is necessary.
* Strong communication skills both verbal and written are required for success in this role.
About this role: As a Warehouse Team Member, you will be an integral part of our warehouse operations team. Your primary responsibility will be to assist with the efficient management of stock, ensuring accurate inventory levels and timely order fulfillment. You will also provide support to the warehouse team as needed.
Key responsibilities:
* Assist with receiving and processing inventory shipments.
* Conduct regular cycle counts to ensure accurate inventory levels.
* Participate in daily warehouse meetings to discuss operational updates and challenges.
* Collaborate with other teams to achieve seamless order fulfillment.
* Identify and report any discrepancies or issues with inventory or orders.
