Job Title: Client Care Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Client Care Coordinator to join our team in Blanchardstown, Dublin. As a Client Care Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in coordinating care assistants' schedules and addressing operational issues related to customer care calls.
* Coordinating care assistants' schedules on a daily basis
* Addressing any operational issues arising in relation to customer care calls
* Ensuring all clients have a permanent care team assigned to them
* Dealing with scheduling queries and responding accordingly
* Providing emergency cover until 10am the next working day
* Ensuring clients are informed of all time changes
* Assigning schedules two weeks in advance
* Ensuring weekly allocated hours are correct
* Liasing with Care Manager on start dates for new carers
* Completing reports on the shared drive by 12pm on the last working day
* Ensuring all shifts are covered two weeks in advance
* Conducting weekly reporting
Qualifications & Experience Required:
* One year Office Administration experience
* One Touch experience is an advantage
* Healthcare experience is an advantage
* Strong organisational skills
* Ability to work independently
