Responsibilities:
* Manage the delivery of services across the South West region in line with statutory requirements and service plan targets.
* Ensure the efficient, effective and safe delivery of health and personal social services for patients and clients within national and RHA frameworks.
* Provide leadership to staff, ensuring integrated service provision consistent with the new model of care.
* Support clinical leadership in the delivery and governance of integrated services, ensuring safety and quality.
* Create a management team that supports collective responsibility and action in all aspects of Health and Personal Social Service delivery.
* Adapt to evolving structures within the RHA, supporting the development and establishment of new roles.
