Field Sales Professional
This is an exciting opportunity to represent a well-established and highly respected door manufacturing company.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing accounts while identifying and developing new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
This position requires a confident and self-driven sales professional who can build long-term relationships and consistently meet targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customers.
* Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
* Sell the full range of door products into trade customers, including group builder providers and independent hardware stores.
* Deliver product demonstrations, promotions, and training where required.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
* Achieve agreed sales targets and KPIs.
* Prepare regular sales updates and reports.
Candidate Profile:
* Minimum 5 years' sales experience or strong industry-related knowledge (doors, joinery, hardware, or construction products).
* Proven ability to hit and exceed sales targets.
* Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
* Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
* Full, clean driving license and flexibility to travel across the Midlands and South of Ireland.
