Candidates must have at least 5 + years’ experiencesupporting the automation aspects of manufacturing and packaging equipment in aGMP-regulated environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide automation guidanceand expertise to multi-disciplinary project team executing projects on Vial/SyringeFilling Lines, Packaging and Production environments from design throughcommissioning and start up.Troubleshoot Allen Bradley PLCs,HMIs and SCADA systems.Support integration ofautomation systems with MES, PCS and enterprise platforms (L2 Integration).Generate and reviewengineering documentation, including User Requirement Specifications and FunctionalDesign Specifications.Execute IOQ protocols andsupport validation activities on-site.Update standard operatingprocedures as required by project scope.Participate in equipmentinstallation, root cause analysis, incident investigations, and troubleshootingof control systems.Provide technical input tochange control processes.Ensure compliance with allrelevant environmental, health, and safety regulations.Manage and interact withthird-party vendors to ensure equipment delivery meets quality, schedule, andspecification requirements.RequirementsQualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Electrical/ElectronicEngineering, Computer Science, Chemical Engineering, Biotech Engineering,Physics & Instrumentation, or a related discipline.Minimum 5+ years’ relevantexperience in automation engineering, ideally within biopharmaceutical or cleanutilities environments.Provenhands-on experience with Allen Bradley PLC and HMI hardware/software(essential).Strong background in control systemsautomation, including vendor management and technical oversight.Knowledge of GAMP softwaredevelopment lifecycle and validation practices.Independent, self-motivated, andorganized, with strong communication and collaboration skills.Willingness and ability to workon-site minimum 3 days per week or as project needs dictate.Teamplayer who thrives in a collaborative, project-driven environment.What SimoTech Can OfferRole provides a high degree of autonomyto allow the successful candidate to reach their fullpotential.Develop new skills and enhance technicalability by working with innovative technologies in amulti- disciplined environment.Opportunity to work with large corporateclients
