**Cardiovascular Nurse Resident Job Opportunity**

Join our Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) as a nurse resident and take the first step towards an exciting career in cardiovascular nursing. You will work alongside passionate caregivers who are committed to excellence and teamwork.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in cardiac critical care, working with open heart surgery patients. You will also participate in our one-year accredited Nurse Residency program, which includes online modules, simulation lab training, and mentorship opportunities.
To succeed in this position, you should be able to:
• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients,
• Implement patient care plans that prioritize individual needs,
• Monitor and record patients' conditions accurately,
• Administer medications safely according to physician orders,
• Educate patients about their health status effectively,
The ideal candidate has recent RN licensure or less than one year of RN experience. Current Basic Life Support certification through AHA/ARC is required.
