Clinical Nurse Manager role at Advent Solutions.
We are looking for a Clinical Nurse Manager to work in a well‑established nursing home in County Waterford. This role is also suitable for an experienced Senior Nurse seeking progression.
Responsibilities and Duties
Co‑ordinate the Multi‑Disciplinary Team in all aspects of residents care.

Liaise with medical staff to ensure appropriate patient care.
Report clinical issues as appropriate to the Director of Nursing.
Be responsible for the orientation of all new members of staff to the area and facilitate staff rotation as required.
Ensure highest standards of oral and written communication are maintained.
Systematically evaluate the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice, offering regular guidance, feedback and support to nursing staff.
dari resident participation in the promotion of self‑care and wellness, involving and supporting relatives/carers as appropriate.
Embrace change and new initiatives that promote excellence in patient care.
Ensure mandatory training is kept up to date.
Empower nurses’ participation in clinical decision‑making and organisation of clinical care systems.
Encourage proactive involvement of nursing staffing discharge planning.
Supervise patient nutritional requirements.
Arrange safekeeping of patients’ property.
Qualifications and Skills
Experience in the Elderly care sector.
Knowledge of all relevant legislation and HIQA Standards for Residential Care Settings.
Evidence of continuous professional development.
Excellent patient care to a high standard.
Excellent interpersonal skills and proven written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to work on own initiative.
Computer literate.
The acceptable standard of English both written and oral.
