This role provides technical leadership to ensure quality compliance from construction through system handover, supporting complex, first-of-a-kind installations.Key highlights:Lead and manage electrical quality control activities, system walkdowns, and inspectionsDevelop and implement Project Quality Plans and ITPsCollaborate with engineering, commissioning, EHS, supply chain, and client teamsDrive continuous improvement, root cause analysis, and snag closure ahead of W1/W2/W3Oversee on-site and off-site manufacturing (OSM) quality processesRequirements:Degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or similar5+ years' experience in quality management (data centre or complex projects preferred)Strong knowledge of industry standards and quality systemsISO 9001 Internal/Lead Auditor certificationProven leadership in audits, risk mitigation, and corrective actionsPackage:€6,000 net per month (DOE)3 weeks on / 1 week off rotationReturn flights, shared accommodation & car provided
