This is a leadership role with 10 direct reports reporting to the site Operations Manager.About the RoleReporting to the Operations Manager for the organisation of people, equipment, and processes across Planning, Purchasing, Supplier Development, Customer Service and Logistics (shipping, receiving and stores) areas to ensure business and customer commitments are met.Plan resources to meet targetsMonitor plan versus actualContinually refine and optimise processesWorks closely with roles across internal departments including Production, Program Management, Manufacturing, Design and Test Engineering, Quality, Finance, HR, FEHS and Value Stream Management.Externally the role works with the wider Global Supply Chain organisation.Requirements:10+ years leading and managing people in a regulated manufacturing environmentA qualification and experience in Supply Chain, Planning and Logistics management or related business disciplineAn Engineering qualification or experience in Electronic/Electrical Engineering or related discipline is an advantagePreferred SkillsSAP experience is an advantage as the company is transitioning to SAPExperience in Known Consignor compliance is an advantageLean / project management experience is an advantage
