Keep detailed records and prepare transport activity reports. Work with transport providers to secure the best rates and service. Resolve delivery issues quickly and professionally. Collaborate with our logistics team to anticipate future transport needs. Use transport management software to keep everything running smoothly. Ensure all transport activities follow regulations and company policies. What Youll Bring: 12 years of customer service or admin/office experience is a plus, but not required. Fluent in both written and oral English. Great communication skills and a knack for problem-solving. Confidence using tools like Outlook, Excel, and other systems. The ability to stay calm under pressure and manage tight deadlines. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Good geographical knowledge of Cork County is a big advantage. Why Join Us?
